A position for a Maintenance Supervisor has become available for a leading construction and infrastructure technology services provider, supplying a complete Building Services package. As Maintenance Supervisor you will be operating from a large facility offering off-site manufacturing and assembly. Your role as Maintenance Supervisor will be to repair and maintain production equipment and facilities within this busy site.

As maintenance supervisor you be tasked with a highly diversified set of duties to repair and maintain production and facility equipment in a timely manor in line with safety, predictive and productive maintenance systems and processes.
o Install and maintain production machines and the plant facility's equipment.
o Record and report to line manager weekly KPI'S including equipment OEE, PPM and unplanned maintenance requests.
o Control maintenance budget and spending.
o Engage with suppliers and raise necessary orders for the maintenance department expenditure.
o Direct and delegate workload to maintenance personal.
o Report at daily production meetings planned activities for the day / week ahead advising of any possible impacts to production.
o Set working hours for department and obtain approval by justification from the facilities general manager.
o Track and maintain electronic records on all maintenance and repairs to machines and facility.
o Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas (5S).
o Ensure all processes, procedures and documentation is ISO compliant.
o Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and performs scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine operation.
o Perform mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair of production machines.
o Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
o Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments.
o Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment and plant facilities.
o Detect faulty operations, defective material and report those and any unusual situations to proper supervision.
o All duty's and tasks are carried out in a timely manor and to an acceptable standard
o Repair and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic equipment and machinery
o Working knowledge of Microsoft programs such as Excel, word, outlook etc.
o 17th edition electrically qualified
o NVQ/ONC/HNC Mechanical engineering
