About the Role
Responsibilities for the Project Manager (Process) position include, but are not limited to, the following:
" Responsible for capex projects on site, providing expertise in processing technology working closely with multiple sites on projects including installations, upgrades and manufacturing reconfiguration from concept through to launch, as well as larger scale plant refurb and extensions.
" Deliver Projects with a focus on quality, value and health & safety.
" Communicate effectively with key stakeholders both internally and externally, with the ability to manage expectations and push back effectively as required.
" Manage the project from concept through to handover, ensuring staff and direct reports from all departments are trained and all documentation is present.
About the Person
The ideal Project Manager (Process) will have experience of providing process engineering expertise to support large scale project launches in a manufacturing environment, along with the following:
" Experience of leading projects in a food/FMCG/ chemical environment is essential ideally with exposure to bottling/canning/dairy or brewery operations.
" Proven demonstrable experience of working across a regional/multi-site role in a Food/drink environment
" You must have experience of managing a portfolio of projects across multiple sites- with REGULAR weekly travel and on site responsibility
" The ability to influence across all levels in the organisation and drive performance and delivery
