Quality Health & Safety and Environmental Manager
Salary to £70000 + car allowance, pension, bonus, medical insurance
As the Quality Health & Safety and Environmental Manager HSE you will report to the Group Operations Director and have responsibility for an integrated business management systems for the UK operations, customer concerns and supplier audit & development, as well as heading up a group wide quality forum ensuring all site are working closely to improve.
o Implement and managing all Quality, H&S and Environmental systems and recommending actions to prevent non conformances for UK business whilst influencing global activities
o Development and maintenance of systems (ISO 9001, 18001, 14001, 5001, 1385)
o Manage supplier audit, engagement and approval
o Engage with the business to drive quality and safety to the core of the business operations
o Monthly reporting into group across manufacturing sites and customer service for quality, health and safety and environmental.
o Work closely with a range of stakeholders (including customers and suppliers) to ensure regulatory compliance across a range of standards
You will already be an experienced Quality Manager with a good grasp of combined business management process and systems to achieve high standards of conformance in a regulatory environment.
o Proven experience managing standards including ISO9001, 14001 and 18001
o High standard of education and a Qualified Auditor
o Experience of implementing and developing management systems within a manufacturing environment
o Strong organisation and procedure driven approach
o Proven customer engagement experience with the ability to ascertain individual requirements based on their needs, and the ability to adapt systems and processes to suit these needs.
- Ability to develop on-going plans for quality improvements on site.
o Strong influencer and ability to communicate with internal and external customers
o Ability to resolve quality issues, experience in root cause analysis. Voice of the customer.
o Experience in a highly regulated industry sector with a service offering
