Due to winning significant long term orders, a new position of Maintenance Engineer is require to support production with repairs in the event of breakdown and any installation work.
Job Title: Maintenance Engineer
Salary: £38,000 inclusive of shift allowance
Shift: 3 shift pattern
Tasks (Maintenance Engineer)
o Ensure that the Standards of the Maintenance Department are sustained
o Attend machine breakdowns and repair in a timely manner
o Ensure that all TPM's and PM's are completed to a high standard and in a timely manner as per the schedule
o All plant and associated equipment are kept clean, tidy and in a serviceable state
o Completion of Company documentation in its entirety and in a timely manner
o Ensure that Health & Safety requirements are met and adhered to
o Comply with the Spares tracking process
o Continuous Improvement projects
o Provide support as required to other Engineering Disciplines.
Person Profile (Maintenance Engineer)
o Preferably Apprentice trained
o Good knowledge of problem solving techniques (i.e.8D, 5Why, Ichikawa, PPS)
o Plastic Welding
o Robotics / PLCs
o Assembly Lines
