An exciting opportunity has arisen for you to join my client as a Sales Engineer reporting into the Sales Director. You will be managing and increasing the designated sales territory in line with the UK sales targets and strategy.
The key objectives and duties include:
Achievement of annual and quarterly sales targets and coordinated sales projects.
Generate new businesses opportunities and expand the customer base by acquiring new customers or introducing new products to existing customers by identifying, qualify and closing product applications.
Provide after-sales support services and providing technical back up as required; including product training and demonstrations.
Develop & maintain local plans and initiatives to generate sustainable growth for our brands in the market; by developing strong relationships with both end users and distributors.
Communicate with all Company departments on specific projects agreed with manager.
Provide business plan development, competitive strategies and market trends to the business.
Ensure on-time reporting of projects, forecasts, and activity planning
Who we are looking for
Practical mechanical skills experience
Adhesive or similar market sales experience
Previous sales experience in channel environment
Minimum HNC or equivalent in mechanical or manufacturing engineering
