TECHNICAL SALES ENGINEER
To plan and carry out all sales activities on assigned accounts or areas. Responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and managing quality of product and service delivery.
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
develop and maintain existing and new customer database & make sales calls to new and existing clients, following up with appropriate actions to secure business
respond efficiently to new sales enquiries, plus follow up on past sales activities and quotations
develop and make presentations of company products and services to current and potential clients
focus on promoting our latest process control software solutions and augmented reality applications
submit timely sales activity records and reports
customer focused, providing technical support and services
relationship builder, to win customer confidence in achievements within the industry of ‘assembly- and process control solutions'
flexible approach to working as team member whilst comfortable proving individual initiative
willingness to travel within the UK (Midlands, & North)
be prepared to attend trainings in our Belgian facilities whenever required
Education and Experience
qualified to degree level or equivalent work experience
strong technical background
in possession of full clean driving license
enjoy a challenge in a diverse variety of responsibilities within dynamic, fast growing professional team.
