Job offer for Internal Sales Engineer :

Generate new and support existing business from contacting customers at initial enquiry through to obtaining all required information for effective submission of fully prepared quotations and bids and technically support them as well.

Ideal candidate would have a similar office role experience, however we accept graduates as well.

Key Responsibilities:

§ To sell, discuss and promote the wide range of company products and services

§ Handling incoming general/technical questions and enquires by telephone, email or via action reports from external sales engineers. Offering advice, assistance and support to customers.

§ Assistance, teamwork and support to external sales engineers

§ Qualifying incoming calls, developing the call and establishing potential for business

§ Preparing quotations and commercial bids using bespoke CRM software system

§ Following up quotations and discussions to create positive outcomes

§ Obtaining and processing necessary technical and application information to enable appropriate offers/decisions to be made.

§ Liaise with other departments, the factory, company subsidiaries or other suppliers relating to technical enquiries

§ Good technical knowledge of instrumentation / engineering aptitude

§ Engage in and understand discussions of technical nature

§ Self-motivated, well organised, excellent time management skills

§ Able to work in a team, as well as on your own initiative.

§ Positive, can-do and enthusiastic attitude

§ Comfortable in a fast paced, dynamic sales environment

§ Accuracy and attention to detail

§ Good communication skills

§ Computer literate, using MS Windows and Microsoft Office package (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
