A niche and specialised automotive & aerospace engineering group are looking for a Sales Engineer to join the organisation to work in a dedicated sales team.
Sales Engineer (Monday to Friday)
Location: West Bromwich
Salary: Negotiable based on experience
The Sales Engineer is responsible for building successful relationships with customers and developing new business.
o Develop new business and maintain existing accounts
o Preparing tenders, quotes and proposals
o Provide technical advice and support to customers
o To liaise with the Engineering and Sales department on wider subjects
o Working with customers and various different projects
You will already have experience of working in an Aerospace/ Automotive environment in the capacity of a Sales Engineer.
o Knowledge of process and manufacturing techniques associated with components made from steel, aluminium and titanium.
o Experience working with Rolls Royce, UTC, Parker Hannifin would be very beneficial
o Knowledge of tube manipulation, forming, welding.
o Proven success in winning new business, developing accounts and working with projects and engineering teams.
o Experience working within an automotive or aerospace industry
o Ability to multi-task and prioritise.
o Comfortable working to deadlines and tolerances.
o Experienced working in a fast paced environment.
o Computer literate & good attention to detail.
