As a Senior Sales Manager (HVAC) you will be reporting into the Managing Director of the business. You will be responsible for joining a brand new start up business, focusing on managing sales activities, sales budgets and the sales team.

Job title: Senior Sales Manager (HVAC)

Industry: Engineering & Manufacturing (HVAC)

Location: London

Up to £70,000 Basic + Package

Key Responsibilities:

o Support the strategic objectives of the business whilst managing sales projects from lead until delivery on site

o Develop new business with buyers in the Industry

o Perform equipment demonstrations to customers

o Responsible for organising customer visits and managing own time

o Accountable for developing sales across the UK, focussing on the London area

o Strong contract negotiation and costings

o Bring on high value projects ranging from £20k - £1million

o Ensure accounts are visited regularly

Qualifications and Aptitudes:

To be successful in this role you will already have experience working in a similar position of a Senior Sales Manager, Sales Director or a Business Development Manager and will see this a tremendous opportunity to establish yourself and grow your own career within this brand new start up organisation.

Furthermore your experience will encompass some of the following key metrics;

o Must Have an experience selling Air Conditioning/ Cooling equipment/ Chillers, to name a few)

o Must have experience selling into Contractors (Installers) & Consultants

o Must have excellent knowledge of the HVAC Industry

o Must have strong communication skills & experienced in planning and executing multiple projects

o Proven experience in winning multi million pound contracts

o Must be comfortable travelling across the UK with the occasional overseas visit
