Permanent Full Time Position
JOB PURPOSE: To be responsible for actively maintaining and increasing sales by identifying client needs and offering solutions to meet requirements.
Identify, establish and maintain current and potential customer leads and provide product information and solutions to meet customer needs and increase sales.
Develop sales strategies, set targets and plan sales schedule
Meet with existing and new clients to discuss our products, understand client requirements, build rapport and drive sales.
Provide pre-sales and after-sales support, prepare tenders, proposals and quotations (in conjunction with Sales Administration team)
Negotiate contracts and agree terms of business.
Compile and analyse sales figures, prepare sales reports.
Attendance at regular Sales meetings to discuss sales performance, sales targets and sales projections.
Keep up to date with products and competitors
Attendance at trade exhibitions and conferences as appropriate.
KEY SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:
You will be expected to deliver results by recognising new and potential markets, generating new leads and developing the existing client base. You will be a self-motivated sales professional with a proven track record in sales as well as having HVAC, M&E, Building Services and/or Facilities Services technical/engineering knowledge and experience. You will be commercially aware and drive sales with a dynamic and enthusiastic approach. You will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and be able to plan and organise your workload. You will build good working relationships with internal contacts and be able to build and maintain rapport with existing and new clients. You are required to hold a Full Driving Licence as there is a requirement to travel extensively within the UK.
