A Sales Manager is sought for an established manufacturer and supplier of HVAC equipment and solutions for a range of industrial and commercial applications to be responsible for the South East region.

Job title: Sales Manager (HVAC)

Industry: M&E Contractors and Consultants

Location: Home based covering South East

Up to £50,000 + benefits

Key Responsibilities:

o Support the strategic objectives of the business through managing existing client accounts, new business development and flowing up all sales leads and enquires.

o Build relationships with key customers in the M&E contractors and consultants / specifiers, promoting HVAC solutions for cooling and heating applications – heat exchangers, coolers, boilers, vessels etc

o Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs

o Arrange and carry out technical presentations to prospective clients

o Develop sales business plan for new and existing customers

Qualifications and Aptitudes:

To be successful in this role you will already have experience working in a similar position of a Sales Manager, Business Development Manager or Sales Account Manager with the following background:

o Sales of HVAC/ Heating / Cooling equipment/ Chillers for commercial or industrial applications

o Selling into and key relationships with the M&E Contractors (Installers) & Consulting / Specifying sector

o Understanding of the HVAC Industry

o Must have strong communication skills & experienced in planning and executing multiple projects

o Proven experience in winning multi million pound contracts

o Full driving license and comfortable travelling throughout the UK
