Quality Inspector opportunity with an established Midlands based Engineering Company. Their order book is brimming and this role offers opportunities to develop and grow your capabilities within their quality team.
Quality Inspector £20,000 - £21,000 + Paid Overtime
The Quality Inspector will work closely with all members of the quality team. Very much a 'hands on' role the Quality Controller will be communicating with all areas of the business. The Quality Controller will have an engineering background and experience working in a quaity/inspection role in a busy manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
First off / Last off appraisals/Inspections
In process product audits
Final inspection audits
Creating and maintaining Operator Work Instructions
ISIR’s
Equipment & gauge calibration
To be considered the following skills are required
Ability to interpret engineering drawings
Experience in the use of conventional measuring equipment, shadow graph, hardness tester
Computer literate with Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
