Sales Manager Required
An established within heavy engineering are currently looking for a Sales Manager to oversee business development and activity of the sales team
The purpose of this role will be to help drive sales and take a leading role in monitoring sales activity of the team ensuring KPI’s are set and managed and to establish new relationships with clients with in the sector as well as maintain and further develop the relationship with existing clients while giving exceptional customer service

Location - Dudley
Salary - Circa 50k

  • Manage sales team
  • Set and ensure KPI’s are met
  • Actively seek new business relationships
  • Maintain existing accounts and liaise with existing clients to generate enquiries and sales orders
  • Provide sales technical assistance and product education to clients, third parties & business personnel
  • To create and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers and the businesses personnel.
  • Detailed product knowledge, understanding of technical specifications, working drawings and the expertise to understand customer requirements
  • Track sales activity
  • Write reports on sales analysis and customer feedback when required
  • To mentor and support other members of staff
  • Work in accordance with ISO 9001
  • Support marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events
